Winter breaks
If you think the Isle of Wight is just for summer, then think again! Whilst winter may not be the traditional time to visit, it is actually one of the best times to come to the island. With fewer visitors there are less vehicles on the road, less queues in the cafes and attractions, and the beaches and countryside are almost deserted, which amplifies the peace and tranquillity of the Island. There is still plenty to see and do:

Curl up in front of an open fire after long walks along the beach or even a swim for those who are brave enough!! All of our properties have central heating and Kings Orchard and Estuary Cottage have log fires (logs provided). We are also walking distance from a great cosy country pub – The Red Lion, Freshwater.
From the end of September until the 1st May, many beaches are open to dogs, so it’s a great time to visit for dog owners.
We have frequent visits from groups of artists who revel in the amazing winter light over the Estuary.
This is an ideal location for a family Christmas and we are happy to order a Christmas tree for you. These weeks get booked up very far in advance so don't leave it too late!
Kings Manor Farm is also the perfect place for a shooting weekend.
