Downstairs, there are two further bedrooms: a double bedroom with a super king-size bed and a twin bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. The shower room serving the double bedroom, complete with WC and washbasin, is located a few steps down from the bedroom. The property also benefits from an additional upstairs bathroom with a bath, as well as a downstairs cloakroom. Oak engineered flooring runs throughout the ground floor, while the first floor is fully carpeted.
It has an exceptionally large garden comprising a sizable patio, and an extensive lawn that looks down over Hurst Castle, out to the Needles and beyond. The property has a gate with enclosed parking for several cars. The property benefits from underfloor heating on the ground floor and central heating upstairs, creating a wonderfully warm and comfortable home during the colder months.
