This house was perfect for us. We were a big group celebrating my 60th at the fabulous Hut restaurant very near by. Great value for money. Very flexible bedroom layout. Toddler friendly. Dog friendly. Huge garden with lovely country views. We had a great stay and thoroughly reccomend. Thank you!!! (Steve April 23)

Absolutely loved our stay. We were a group of ten friends with three dogs and it was perfect. Plenty of space, really comfy beds, a fenced yard for the dogs to run around to their heart’s content, multiple living spaces. Everything you’d need is at the house from a fully appointed kitchen to a hot tub and fireplace in the lounge. We loved it so much and really hope to return one day.(Lauren May 23)

Kings Orchard is formerly the farm manager's house situated amongst fields halfway along the Farm drive. It is a spacious and comfortably furnished family house that is lived in by the family when we are not welcoming guets. It provides ample space for 10 people. The house is secluded and is in a beautiful rural setting. There are sensational countryside views from most windows. It has a large enclosed garden with fruit trees with views to the estuary and the downs. The house has gas central heating as well as an open log fire in the sitting room.

It has its own private Hot Tub on the Patio immediately outside the french doors from the Kitchen.

While the house is not designated for disabled access, the downstairs bedroom and wetroom/bathroom, no steps on the ground floor and very small lintel in front entrance (2 inches) make it very accessible both for wheelchairs and those with mobility difficulties.
